Shipping 

Postage Fee

We offer a no fuss flat rate postage fee on all purchases with in New Zealand.

Standard Postage with tracking of $10.00  (7 business days) 

Express Postage (Courier) with tracking and signature on delivery of $15.00 (3 to 4 business days)

This fee is fixed regardless of how big or small your order may be.  

The flat fee offers you peace of mind in knowing what your postage cost will be. 

All items are shipped from our Australian Warehouse.  Any New Zealand Customs Duty and associated fees applicable are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Dispatch 

Orders finalised with full payment before 5pm will be shipped that same business day.  After 5pm, orders will be shipped the next business day provided payment is confirmed. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. 

How long will it take to get my order:

Your delivery will take approximately 3-7  business days depending on your postage selection. If after that date you have not received your items, please check with your local post office as they may be holding it on your behalf.

I didn’t receive my order within the estimated time frame, what should I do?

Our delivery dates are estimates and most orders should arrive within them. It is possible however, that some orders take a few days longer, this is due to customs inspections and clearance. Each item sent will have a tracking number. You may contact our office anytime for more details.

From Where will my Orders be Shipped.

Your order will be shipped from our Australian warehouse.

International

At present we do not ship internationally from this website. 

Returns Policy

You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or faulty product (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your returned item. However, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner, depending on the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Payment

Payment can be made by direct deposit, Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayPal.

If you select Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer, after check out you will receive our Bank details to make your payment. Please note that this payment method can take upto 3 business days for Banks to process. Once we receive your payment you order will be shipped and an email sent to you. 

Credit card payments are processed through the PayPal Gateway. You do not require a PayPal account to make payment. If you select Credit Card or PayPal your payment will be processed immediately.

Security

We use PayPal for our payment processes, it provides the highest level of security and has no fees for you, the customer.

For security reasons and your peace of mind, we do not accept payments over the phone.
