PASTORELLI Hoop Tape ( Moon Phosphorescence 11 Metres)

Yes this tape does glow in the dark after being near a light.

Length 11 metres, Width 1,9 cm. 1 roll is required to completely cover a 90 cm hoop.

The adhesive film is supported by a paper film, for this reason we suggest you cut 1 metre stripe at a time and roll it on the hoop separating the adhesive film from the paper by hand as you go.
